An IT AMC (annual maintenance contract) from Waves gives your business a helpdesk, scheduled on-site visits, monitoring, patching and backup checks under one yearly agreement. It suits Eastern Province companies that have no full-time IT team, or a small one that needs back-up.
Most small and mid-sized companies in Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran and Jubail do not need a full IT department. They need someone who answers the phone, fixes problems quickly, and keeps the basics in order before they become outages. That is what our IT AMC does.
You pay one agreed annual fee. In return, Waves Telecom & Technology looks after your users, PCs, servers, network, firewall and Microsoft 365. We work remotely first and come on site when a problem needs hands on the equipment. Everything is logged, so you can see what was done and when.

Security skills are scarce in the Kingdom. In Cisco's 2025 Cybersecurity Readiness Index, 93% of Saudi organisations reported a skills shortage and 89% said unmanaged devices are a risk. For a 20 or 50-person company, that usually means patches are late, backups are never tested, and firewall rules nobody remembers writing.
An AMC fixes this with routine. Patching, backup checks and firewall reviews happen on a schedule, not only when something breaks. If you are an Aramco or SABIC supplier, the same routine produces the evidence you will need for your CCC renewal.

An engineer visits, lists your devices, servers, network and licences, and notes urgent risks.
We recommend a tier and the response targets, visit frequency and scope to write into the contract.
We install monitoring, document passwords and network layout, and set up the helpdesk contacts for your staff.
We close the urgent gaps first: missing patches, failed backups, weak firewall rules and old admin accounts.
Routine work runs on schedule, and you receive a regular report of tickets, patches and backup results.
Remote helpdesk in business hours, quarterly on-site visit, monthly patching and backup status checks. Typical target: response next business day. Suits small offices with simple needs.
Everything in Basic, plus monthly on-site visits, server and firewall monitoring, and Microsoft 365 user administration. Typical target: response within 4 business hours, same-day on-site visit for critical faults.
Everything in Standard, plus extended support hours, priority call-out, quarterly firewall rule and backup restore tests, and asset and licence tracking. Typical target: response within 1–2 hours for critical issues.
Multi-site offices, site camps in Jubail, or a co-managed setup with your own IT staff. We agree the scope, hours and targets with you and write them into the contract.
An IT AMC is an annual maintenance contract for your IT. You agree a scope, response targets and visit schedule for a year, and the provider looks after your systems under that agreement. It replaces paying per call-out.
It depends on the number of users, servers and sites, and the tier you choose. We quote after a short site survey so the price matches your real setup. Contact us for a proposal.
Response targets are agreed and written into your contract, so both sides know what to expect. The figures on this page are typical options; the final targets depend on your tier and location.
Yes. We are based in Al Khobar and our engineers regularly visit Dammam, Dhahran and Jubail. For Riyadh and other cities we support remotely and arrange visits as agreed.
Labour for troubleshooting and fixing your existing systems is covered within scope. Replacement parts, new hardware and software licences are quoted separately. We can also manage Dell and HP warranty claims for you.
Yes. Routine patching, backup testing and firewall reviews produce records you can use as evidence. Waves is the readiness partner; the CCC itself is issued after review by an Aramco Authorized Audit Firm.
Often, yes. A co-managed AMC gives your IT person a second line for servers, firewalls and Microsoft 365, and cover during leave or busy periods.
Tell us how many users and sites you have. We will arrange a short site survey and send a clear proposal.
