Waves is a Microsoft 365 partner in Saudi Arabia that helps companies choose the right licences, move email safely, and set up Teams, Intune, Entra ID and Defender properly. We work with Eastern Province businesses from 10 users to a few hundred.
Cloud email and office apps are now the normal way Saudi companies work. GASTAT's 2025 survey found that 51.3% of establishments use cloud services, and cloud office software and email are the most common uses. But many tenants are set up once and never tuned, with licences that do not match the work, no MFA and old staff accounts still active.
Waves Telecom & Technology plans, buys, migrates and manages Microsoft 365 for you. One local team handles your licences, Exchange Online, Teams, device management and identity. This page also covers our older Office 365, Active Directory and Unified Communication services, which are now part of Microsoft 365.

Exchange email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, with web and mobile Office apps. Good for staff who mainly use email and Teams.
Everything in Basic plus desktop Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The usual choice for office staff.
Standard plus Intune, Entra ID P1, Conditional Access and Defender for Business. Our default advice for companies that handle customer or Aramco contract data.
Enterprise plans for organisations above the 300-user limit of the Business plans, or that need advanced compliance, Purview and, in E5, Defender XDR and advanced security tools.
We check your current email, file shares, domain, devices and existing licences, and agree the right plan per user.
We set up the tenant, verify your domain, plan DNS records, and create users and groups in Entra ID.
Mailboxes move from cPanel, Exchange, Gmail or other hosts in batches, usually outside working hours, so email keeps flowing.
We turn on MFA, Conditional Access, Defender policies and SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and enrol company devices in Intune.
Staff get a short guide to Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. You get admin documentation, and optional ongoing management.
Teams replaces many standalone chat, meeting and phone tools. We set up teams and channels, meeting rooms, and Teams Phone where it fits, which is how our older Unified Communication service is delivered today.
Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) is now your identity system. For offices with on-premises Windows Server Active Directory, we connect it to Entra ID with Entra Connect so users keep one password, or plan a move to cloud-only identity. Intune enrols laptops and phones, pushes Windows updates, and can wipe a lost device. Defender protects email and endpoints from phishing and malware.

Most small offices do well with Business Standard for general staff and Business Premium for anyone handling sensitive data. Above 300 users, or with strict compliance needs, E3 or E5 is the better fit. We can mix plans in one tenant so you only pay for what each user needs.
In most cases, yes. We copy mailboxes in the background and switch the MX record at a quiet time, then copy any final changes. Users may need to sign in again on their phones.
Yes. We maintain Windows Server domain controllers, fix replication and Group Policy issues, and sync them to Entra ID. Where it makes sense, we help you move to cloud-only identity managed through Intune.
Microsoft keeps the service running and offers limited retention, but it is not a full backup of your data. Deleted or encrypted files can be lost after retention ends. We recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup.
Yes. We start with a security and licence review, fix the risky settings, remove unused licences, and document everything. Then we manage it day to day or under an IT AMC.
It includes tools such as MFA, device management and endpoint protection that support many CCC controls. Licences alone do not pass an assessment; they must be configured and evidenced. Waves helps with both as your readiness partner.
Send us your user count and current email provider. We will recommend the right licences and a migration plan.
