Why the Eastern Province needs reliable server rooms
Dammam is becoming a data centre hub. Khazna has acquired land in Dammam for an AI-ready data centre of up to 200 MW, and center3 (stc) with the Infrastructure Fund has announced plans for a hyperscale data centre in the city. Large cloud capacity is arriving, but most companies still keep core systems, file servers, CCTV recorders and OT servers in their own rooms.
Those rooms need the same basics as a large facility: clean power, stable cooling, tidy cabling and alerts before something fails. Our team brings that discipline to rooms of two racks or twenty.

What does a UPS maintenance contract include?
A typical contract covers scheduled preventive visits, battery health checks, load and runtime tests, firmware updates and a written report after each visit. It also gives you a fixed contact and agreed response for alarms or failures. We tailor the visit frequency to how critical the room is.
Can you upgrade our existing server room instead of building a new one?
Yes. Many projects are upgrades: replacing an old UPS, adding containment, fixing cabling and adding monitoring. We plan the work in stages so your systems keep running.
How do you size the UPS and cooling?
We list every device, measure or estimate its power draw, and add space for growth. From that we size the UPS for the runtime you need and the cooling for the heat load. You get the calculation with the proposal.
Do you supply servers and set up virtualization?
Yes. Waves is a Dell and HP/HPE partner and also works with Microsoft. We supply servers and storage and set up virtualization and backup as part of the same project.
Do you work outside Dammam and Khobar?
Yes. We are based in Al Khobar and work in Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Riyadh and other cities in KSA. Plant and project-site rooms are common for us.
Can you add monitoring to a room we already have?
Yes. Environmental and power sensors can be added to most rooms without downtime. Alerts go to your team by email or SMS, so issues are seen before they become outages.
