Waves installs structured cabling for offices, factories, warehouses, hotels and new buildings in Riyadh, Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail and across the Kingdom: Cat6 and Cat6A copper, fiber backbones, racks and containment. Every link is tested, labelled and documented so your IT team can manage it for years.
Cabling lasts longer than any switch or server you buy. When it is done badly, every later project costs more. Waves is a structured cabling company based in Al Khobar that designs, installs, tests and documents copper and fiber networks for businesses in Riyadh, the Eastern Province and across Saudi Arabia.
We handle new buildings, fit-outs, office moves and clean-up of messy existing racks. Our team works to recognised cabling standards and tests every link before handover, so you get a network that performs as specified and is easy to trace.

In July 2025 the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) issued Regulations for Establishing and Providing Telecommunications Services in Real Estate. The rules set out what property owners or their representatives must do to deliver telecom services inside properties, in line with the telecom standards of the Saudi Building Code.
CST says the aims are earlier rollout of telecom infrastructure, lower deployment costs and better service quality inside buildings. If you own or are developing a building, plan the telecom rooms, pathways and cabling early and check the requirements that apply to your project. Waves can help you design and install the cabling side.

We walk the site, review drawings and count outlets, cameras, access points and rack locations.
We plan cable routes, containment, telecom rooms, rack layout and the copper and fiber backbone.
Our team pulls, terminates and dresses cables, and installs racks, patch panels and trays.
Every copper and fiber link is tested, and results are saved in a test report for your records.
We label outlets, panels and cables to a clear scheme and hand over as-built drawings.
Cat6 and Cat6A UTP or shielded cabling, outlets, patch panels and patch cords for offices and industrial areas.
Single-mode and multi-mode fiber between racks, floors and buildings, with splicing and OTDR testing.
Floor and wall racks, cable trays, ladders and conduit, installed neatly and grounded.
Link testing with reports you can keep for audits, warranties and future troubleshooting.
A consistent labelling scheme, port maps and as-built drawings at handover.
Tidy-up of existing racks, removal of dead cables and re-patching with minimal downtime.
Our engineers are based in Al Khobar and travel to sites across the Kingdom.
Office fit-outs, head offices, showrooms and new commercial buildings, with cabling, racks and Wi-Fi delivered as one project.
Warehouses, logistics yards, factories and offices in Dammam and the industrial cities, including outdoor fiber links between buildings.
Offices, clinics, hotels and residential compounds close to our base, with fast site surveys and support after handover.
Plants and industrial sites in Jubail, plus projects anywhere in the Kingdom after a site survey.

Cabling is priced per point and per metre of backbone, so a few details let us quote quickly and accurately. Send what you have; we can fill the gaps with a site survey.

Cabling is only half of a working network. We also supply and configure the active equipment, so one team is responsible from the outlet to the firewall.
Cat6 is fine for most desk outlets today. Cat6A supports 10 Gbps over longer runs and is a better choice for Wi-Fi access points, high-power PoE devices and buildings you expect to keep for many years. We recommend the right mix during design.
Yes. Every copper and fiber link is tested before handover, and you receive the test results with the as-built documentation. This helps with warranty claims and makes future faults much faster to find.
Yes. We trace and label existing cables, remove dead runs, replace patch cords and re-dress the rack. We plan the work in short windows to keep downtime low.
Yes. We work with building owners, fit-out contractors and MEP contractors on new and renovated buildings. Early involvement helps size telecom rooms and pathways correctly.
CST's July 2025 regulations set out duties for property owners to deliver telecom services inside properties, in line with the Saudi Building Code. Check the exact requirements for your project with your consultant and CST. Waves can design and install the cabling to support those requirements.
It depends on the number of points, Cat6 or Cat6A, cable distances, containment and whether racks and fiber are included. We price per point after reviewing your drawings or doing a site survey, and the quotation lists every item so you can compare offers fairly.
It depends on the size of the site and the working hours allowed. We give you a schedule with the quotation and can work in phases or after hours to keep your business running.
Yes. We are based in Al Khobar and take projects in Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail and across Saudi Arabia, after a site survey or a review of your drawings.
We are based in Al Khobar and work across Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Riyadh and the rest of KSA.
Yes. We supply and configure switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi from Cisco, Fortinet and HPE Aruba, so cabling and network can be delivered as one project.
Share your drawings or outlet count, or ask for a site visit. We will send a design and quotation.
