RMM software in Saudi Arabia that shows every device in one place

When IT is spread across a head office, branches, warehouses and staff working from home, small problems hide until they stop work. A full disk, a failed backup or a missing update is only noticed when a user calls. Visiting each site to fix it costs time and fuel.

Our RMM software for Saudi businesses runs from the cloud. A light agent on each device reports its health, hardware, software and security status to one console. Your team sees problems early, gets an alert, and in many cases fixes them remotely before the user notices.

Because it is cloud-based, there is no on-site server, and devices stay managed wherever they are connected.

For IT service providers, the same console holds many client companies, each kept separate with its own devices, policies and reports. Engineers switch between clients in seconds instead of juggling different tools and passwords. For companies with several branches, each branch can be its own group, so the head office sees the whole picture while local staff only see their own site.

  • Automatic device and software inventory
  • Monitoring of CPU, memory, disk, services and uptime
  • Alerts by email or in the console
  • Secure remote access to support users
  • Backup status checks

Endpoint management in Saudi Arabia: patch, deploy and automate

Endpoint management is more than watching. From the same console your team can install operating system and third-party updates, deploy software to one PC or a whole department, and run scripts to fix common problems or change settings across many machines at once.

Repeated tasks such as clearing disk space, restarting a stuck service or adding a printer become automated jobs. Users raise helpdesk tickets that are linked to their device, so engineers see the history and the device details before they connect.

Management gets regular reports on device health, patch status, ticket volumes and response times, so IT work is visible and easy to justify.

  • Patching for Windows, macOS and common applications
  • Software deployment and removal
  • Scripting and scheduled automation
  • Helpdesk tickets linked to devices
  • Health, patch and ticket reports

Evidence for SACS-210 and NCA audits

Auditors usually ask two simple questions first: what devices do you have, and are they up to date? Aramco’s SACS-210 Third Party Cybersecurity Standard expects monthly internal vulnerability scans, critical issues fixed immediately and high issues fixed within 7 days on internet-facing systems. The NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) also include vulnerability management and patch management.

An RMM platform helps produce that evidence: a live asset inventory, patch status per device, backup status and a record of what was fixed and when. It does not replace the other controls, but it makes the day-to-day part of compliance much easier to prove.

Waves has helped 150+ companies pass Aramco CCC, typically in 3 to 5 weeks, and can connect RMM with our patch management, vulnerability assessment and backup services.

  • Hardware and software asset inventory
  • Patch and update status per device
  • Backup status records
  • Reports you can share with auditors

Frequently asked questions

What is remote monitoring and management (RMM)?

RMM is software that lets an IT team watch, support and maintain computers from one central console. A small agent on each device reports its health and status, and engineers can fix problems, install updates and connect remotely without visiting the site.

Do we need a server on our premises?

No. The platform runs from the cloud. Each device connects securely over the internet, so there is no server to buy or maintain.

Is remote access to users’ PCs secure?

Remote sessions are encrypted and only allowed for authorised engineers. Access can be limited by role, protected with multi-factor authentication and logged, so you can see who connected to which device and when.

We are an IT service provider. Can we manage several clients?

Yes. Each client can be kept in its own group with separate devices, policies, tickets and reports, all managed from one console.

Does RMM help with Aramco SACS-210 or NCA audits?

It helps produce evidence such as asset inventory, patch status and backup status, which supports controls like monthly vulnerability scans and timely fixes under SACS-210 and vulnerability and patch management under NCA ECC. Other controls still need their own measures.

Can Waves run it for us?

Yes. We can run RMM as part of an IT annual maintenance contract (AMC), monitoring and supporting your devices for you, or provide licences for your own IT team with setup and support.

Which cities do you cover?

We are based in Al Khobar and serve Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Riyadh and the rest of the Kingdom. Because RMM is cloud-based, we can support devices anywhere.
