Waves Telecom provides automated patch management in Saudi Arabia, run from the cloud with no server on your site. Every Windows PC, Mac and server stays updated, you see which vulnerabilities are still open, and you get the reports auditors ask for under Aramco SACS-210 and the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
Most attacks still use known weaknesses that already have a fix. The problem is not the fix, it is getting it onto every laptop, desktop and server on time. Manual updates get skipped, users postpone restarts, and branch offices and remote staff are easily forgotten.
Our patch management platform runs from the cloud. A small agent on each device connects securely over the internet, so laptops are patched in the office, at home or on a site visit. There is no on-site server to buy, power or maintain. You set the rules once, and updates are approved, scheduled and installed automatically.
Third-party applications matter as much as Windows. Browsers, PDF readers, archive tools, runtimes and meeting apps are common entry points, and they are covered from the same console.

You cannot fix what you cannot see. The platform shows every device, its operating system, installed software, missing updates and known vulnerabilities, ranked by severity. Your IT manager can see in one screen which machines are exposed and how long each issue has been open.
Ready-made reports show patch status, update history and open vulnerabilities by device, site or department. They give management a clear picture and give auditors the evidence they ask for, without spreadsheets built by hand the night before the audit.
The same view also shows which PCs still run Windows 10. Support ended on 14 October 2025, so those machines no longer receive security updates. We help you list them, check which can be upgraded to Windows 11, and plan the replacement of the rest.
You can choose how much of the work you hand over. As a managed service, Waves engineers watch the console, approve updates, follow up on failed installs and send you the monthly reports. As a licence, your in-house IT team runs the platform day to day, and we help with setup, policies and any difficult cases. Many companies start with the managed service and move to a licence once their team is comfortable.

We review your devices, current update process, branch offices and any audit requirement such as Aramco CCC or NCA ECC.
The agent is rolled out to PCs, Macs and servers, remotely where possible, with no on-site server needed.
We agree update rules, test groups, maintenance windows and restart behaviour that suit your working hours.
Missing updates and critical vulnerabilities are fixed first, then devices move to the normal automatic schedule.
You receive patch status and vulnerability reports for management and auditors, monthly or on demand.
Waves runs it as a managed service, or your in-house IT team runs it on its own licence with our support.
Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server and macOS updates, approved and installed automatically.
Common business applications kept current from the same console, closing gaps attackers use most.
Open vulnerabilities listed per device and ranked by severity, so the riskiest issues are fixed first.
Laptops and branch PCs patched over the internet, wherever they are, with no VPN or local server.
Patch status, update history and open issues in reports ready for management and auditors.
Let Waves run patching for you, or license the platform for your own IT team.
Aramco’s SACS-210 Third Party Cybersecurity Standard (February 2026) replaced SACS-002 for the Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC). It expects suppliers to run internal vulnerability scans every month, fix critical issues immediately and fix high issues within 7 days on internet-facing systems. Meeting those deadlines by hand is hard. SACS-210 patch management with automated updates and clear reports makes it routine.
The NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) apply to government bodies, critical sectors and their suppliers, and they include vulnerability management and patch management. The same platform and reports support both.
Waves has helped 150+ companies pass Aramco CCC, typically in 3 to 5 weeks. Patch management is one part of that work, alongside vulnerability assessment, MFA, email security, backup and awareness training.

No. The platform runs from the cloud. Each device has a small agent that connects securely over the internet, so there is nothing to install or maintain on site.
Yes. Windows PCs and servers, company Macs and common third-party applications are all managed from one console, with the same rules and reports.
Updates are installed in maintenance windows you choose, and restarts can be scheduled or postponed within limits. A small test group receives updates first so problems are caught early.
Yes. SACS-210 expects monthly internal vulnerability scans, critical issues fixed immediately and high issues fixed within 7 days on internet-facing systems. Automated patching and reports help you meet those deadlines and show the evidence. It is one part of CCC, and we can help with the other controls too.
Yes. The ECC include vulnerability management and patch management for government bodies, critical sectors and their suppliers. The same patch status and vulnerability reports support an ECC review.
Windows 10 support ended on 14 October 2025, so those PCs no longer get security updates. The platform lists them, and we can check which can upgrade to Windows 11 and plan replacement and secure data erasure for the rest.
