Waves is a Dell and HPE server supplier in Saudi Arabia that sizes, installs and supports servers, storage and business laptops. We work with companies replacing ageing hardware or building a new server room in the Eastern Province.
A server is not just a box. It has to match your applications, fit your rack, power and cooling, and come with the right warranty. Buying the wrong size means wasted money, or a server that is slow from the first day.
Waves Telecom & Technology handles the full job: sizing, quotation, delivery, installation, virtualization and support. This page also covers our former Server & Storage and Virtualization services. With 98% of Saudi organisations planning IT infrastructure upgrades within 12 to 24 months (Cisco, 2025), we help you plan before the old hardware fails.
Our engineers are based in Al Khobar and work across Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail and Riyadh. When a disk fails or a server raises an alert, you call one local team that knows your setup, instead of chasing the manufacturer yourself.

We measure CPU, memory, storage and growth on your current servers, and list the apps that must run on the new ones.
We propose one or two Dell PowerEdge or HPE ProLiant configurations, with storage, backup and warranty choices explained.
You receive a clear quote with the warranty term and support level, and alternatives where they make sense.
Our engineers rack and cable the hardware, install the hypervisor or Windows Server, and move your workloads with minimal downtime.
We register the warranty, set up hardware alerts, and handle vendor support cases for you.
Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant tower and rack servers, from a single office server to clustered hosts.
NAS and SAN storage for file shares, virtual machines and backup, with the right RAID and capacity for growth.
Hyper-V and other hypervisors to run several servers on fewer machines, with high availability where you need it.
Dell and HP business laptops and desktops, ready for Windows 11 and Intune deployment.
Extended warranties and on-site support options from the manufacturer, managed by Waves.
Racks, UPS, structured cabling and network switching, so the new hardware has a proper home.
Not every workload belongs on a new server. Some are better in Microsoft Azure, especially backups and disaster recovery, and Microsoft's new Saudi Arabia East region opens in the Eastern Province in November 2026.
We compare a hardware refresh with an Azure option, so you can choose based on cost, performance and data location, not just what is easiest to sell. Many customers end up with a smaller local server plus cloud backup.

Yes. Waves is a partner of both Dell and HP/HPE. We recommend the model that fits your workload and budget, and can quote both if you want to compare.
We measure what your current servers actually use and add expected growth for the warranty period. That avoids paying for capacity you will never use, or buying a server that is too small.
For business servers we usually recommend at least three years of next-business-day on-site support, and faster response for critical systems. We explain the options in the quote.
Yes. We move virtual machines, file shares, Active Directory and applications, usually outside working hours. We test with your users before switching off the old server.
Yes. We supply Dell and HP business laptops for teams of any size, and can enrol them in Intune so they arrive ready to use.
We can erase them with Blancco certified erasure and give you a report per drive. The hardware can then be reused, resold or recycled safely.
Yes. Send us the specification or bill of quantities and we will quote matching Dell or HPE models, or suggest equivalents. We can also include installation, cabling and racks in the same offer.
Tell us what you run today or what you need. We will size the hardware and send a clear quotation.
