Waves designs, installs and supports business networks: core and access switching, routing, SD-WAN, firewalls and enterprise Wi-Fi. We work with offices, plants, warehouses, schools and multi-site companies across the Eastern Province and the rest of KSA.
Waves delivers network and Wi-Fi solutions in Saudi Arabia for companies that need a network that simply works. Slow Wi-Fi, flat networks with no segmentation, old switches out of support and branch links that drop are daily problems for many IT teams. We fix them with a clear design, tested equipment and support after go-live.
We handle the full stack: the switches in your racks, the routers and SD-WAN that join your sites, the firewall at the edge and the Wi-Fi your staff and guests use. One team plans it, installs it and documents it, so you are not chasing three contractors when something fails.

Network security is one of the most in-demand cybersecurity segments in the Kingdom, according to the National Cybersecurity Authority's 2025 market indicators. Cisco's 2025 Cybersecurity Readiness Index for KSA found that most organisations plan to upgrade their IT infrastructure within the next one to two years, and that unmanaged devices on the network are a widely reported risk.
For Aramco suppliers, the network is also part of the Aramco CCC picture. Segmentation, firewall rules, remote access and logging are typical areas a gap assessment looks at. Waves has supported 150+ companies through Aramco CCC, so we design networks with those controls in mind from day one.

We visit the site, review your current switches, firewall, cabling and Wi-Fi, and note what is out of support or overloaded.
We prepare a network design with VLANs, IP plan, Wi-Fi coverage plan and a bill of materials sized for your users and growth.
We supply genuine equipment through our partner channels, rack it, configure it and migrate services with planned downtime windows.
We test throughput, failover and Wi-Fi coverage, then hand over as-built drawings, configuration backups and admin credentials.
We offer support and annual maintenance, including firmware updates, licence renewals and on-site visits when needed.
Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, PoE, stacking and redundant uplinks for offices, plants and warehouses.
Secure SD-WAN that combines fibre, broadband and 4G/5G links between sites, with central management.
FortiGate and Sophos firewalls with VPN, IPS, web filtering and segmentation between users, servers and OT.
Predictive and on-site Wi-Fi surveys, controller or cloud-managed access points, and separate guest networks.
Replacement of end-of-life switches and firewalls, with migration planned to keep the business running.
Annual maintenance with monitoring options, firmware updates, configuration backups and a fixed contact for support.
We mainly deploy Cisco, Fortinet and HPE Aruba for switching, routing, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN, and Sophos and FortiGate for firewalls. Waves is a Fortinet Gold Partner and a Sophos Gold Partner. We recommend the brand that fits your budget, your existing equipment and your support needs.
Yes. For most offices and warehouses we do a site visit and a coverage plan before we size the access points. This avoids dead zones and over-buying. For larger sites we can run an on-site survey with measurement tools.
In most cases, yes. We plan the migration in stages and schedule cut-overs after hours or at weekends. You get a written plan before any change, so your team knows what happens and when.
SD-WAN links your sites over several internet connections and routes traffic over the best one at any moment. It suits companies with branches, warehouses or project sites that need reliable access to head office or cloud systems. If you have one office and one link, a good firewall and router is usually enough.
It can help. Network segmentation, firewall policy, secure remote access and logging are common areas in a CCC gap assessment. Waves is the readiness and remediation partner; the certificate itself is issued through Aramco's authorised audit firms.
Yes. Our structured cabling team installs Cat6 and Cat6A copper and fibre backbones, so the network and the cabling are designed together. See our structured cabling and fibre optic pages for details.
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts covering firmware updates, configuration backups, licence renewals and on-site support. You can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Tell us about your sites, users and current equipment. We will visit, review your network and send a design and quotation.
