Waves designs and installs the IT and ELV systems a hotel or residential compound runs on: GPON networks, guest Wi-Fi, IPTV, digital signage, IP telephony and CCTV. It suits new hotels, renovations and compounds across the Eastern Province and KSA.
Guests judge a hotel by its Wi-Fi, its TV and how quickly the front desk answers the phone. Behind those are a network, an IPTV platform, a phone system and a camera system that must work together. Waves delivers hotel IT solutions in Saudi Arabia as one coordinated package, so the operator and the owner deal with one integrator.
We work on new hotels, rebrandings and renovations, and on residential compounds that need the same services for residents. Our designs follow the brand standards you share with us, and we document everything for the hotel's IT team.

A 2022 Council of Ministers decree requires security surveillance systems in hotels, residential complexes and other listed facilities. The Interior Ministry's rules also restrict transferring or publishing recordings without approval, and violations, including damaging cameras or recordings, carry fines of SR20,000. Hotels therefore need CCTV that is designed, recorded and access-controlled properly.
New supply is coming to Al Khobar. IHG has signed a Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Al Bandariyah, scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, and a Hotel Indigo in Al Khobar scheduled for September 2027. Projects like these need their IT and low-current packages planned early in the fit-out.

We study the operator's IT standards, room count and drawings to define the full scope.
We design the GPON or Ethernet network, Wi-Fi coverage, IPTV, telephony and CCTV as one system.
We install cabling, fiber, access points, TVs, phones and cameras in step with the fit-out programme.
We connect systems to each other and to the hotel's PMS where needed, then test room by room.
We offer AMC with on-site support so guest services stay up after opening.
One fiber network carrying data, Wi-Fi, IPTV and phones to every room, with less cabling and fewer floor switches.
Room-by-room coverage, a branded login page, bandwidth plans and separation from hotel staff networks.
Welcome screens, live channels, hotel information and lobby or meeting-room signage, managed centrally.
IP PBX with room phones, front desk and wake-up call features, and integration with the hotel system.
IP cameras, recorders and controlled access to recordings for lobbies, corridors, car parks and gates.
Fiber to each villa, residents' Wi-Fi, IPTV and gate CCTV for residential compounds.
GPON carries data, Wi-Fi, IPTV and phones over one fiber network. It needs fewer switches on each floor and less copper cabling, which saves space and power. It also makes it easier to add services to rooms later.
Yes. We survey the hotel, plan the work floor by floor, and install outside busy hours so guests are not disturbed. The new system can keep the same login page and network names if you prefer.

Yes. A 2022 Council of Ministers decree requires surveillance systems in hotels, residential complexes and other listed facilities. The Interior Ministry also restricts sharing or publishing recordings without approval. We design CCTV with recording and access controls that support those rules.
